We often have initial meetings to discuss project scope and provide pricing guidance. We truly value your time and are dedicated to delivering exceptional branding solutions.

Three Strike Rule

To ensure a productive partnership, we have a three-strike rule for missed meetings:

• First Missed Meeting: We understand that personal matters and impromptu activities can arise. After the first missed meeting, we kindly ask you to reschedule.

• Second Missed Meeting: If you miss the second meeting, we encourage you to reschedule. At this point, we also invite you to read our policy on our website to help us all stay aligned.

• Third Missed Meeting: If you miss the third meeting, we may need to decline to take on your project. This decision is not made lightly and is based on the following:

  • Commitment to Your Vision: We believe that a successful partnership requires mutual investment. If you’re not fully engaged in your vision, it can be challenging for us to collaborate effectively.

  • Concerns About Engagement: If there’s a lack of commitment before we begin, it raises concerns about timely feedback and participation in discussions crucial to the strategy and design process.

  • Quality Assurance: We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, and we believe that starts with dedicated clients. If we sense a non-committal attitude before the project starts, it can impact the quality of the final outcome.

Wait

Before considering the meeting cancelled, we always wait for:

• 7 minutes for virtual meetings; and

• 15 minutes for in-person meetings

Commitment

We understand that life can get busy, and we truly appreciate your understanding of our policy. If you find yourself unable to make a meeting, we encourage you to inform us in advance. We will gladly reschedule if informed in good time.

Alternatively, consider finding ways to manage your commitments or officially pausing the project. This helps ensure our collaboration remains smooth and productive for everyone involved.
